Need Hotspot App

I activated a tmobile oneplus pro 7 phone through customer service and it doesn't have the hotspot app. Can someone send me a titanium backup of this app? I am on Android 11.

Well no, but I will root it soon.

I found it in the notifications area, it's just not a separate app anymore.

Doesn't matter if you intend to root your phone in the future, you can't install nor even use Titanium Backup until it actually is rooted. It isn't a general usage app that just shows up in Notifications, it's a root-required app.
Suggest you'll have better luck contacting T-Mobile about how to implement hotspot/tethering on your phone instead.

just to be clear, you did find the hotspot feature on your phone? you are correct in that it is not an app, but a setting.....at least it is on my z fold 3.

I don't think that hotspot/tethering has ever been a separate app, and certainly hasn't been on any smart-phones I've had. But I know from AF it's a feature that can be disabled by certain US carriers on their phones, unless paying an extra tethering subscription.

There are third-party hotspot apps on the Play Store, that are supposed to work if one has a hotspot disabled device.
