Hi, I have recently updated the OS on my MI A1 phone to Android-9 post which I am not getting 3G/4G network on my phone. It shows only 2G network even on manual search. Is there an issue with OS

how did you update the phone? were you getting 3g/4g before? have you talked to your carrier about it?

I got it on the Phone through system updates option prior to that I was getting 4G option. Actually a friend on mine works for Vodafone and he himself came down at my place to check the device and everything was fine. Also, on my other devices it gives me 4G with the same SIM
