Help Need Jellybean help

I have a G3 that I bought sim free and I use a virgin sim in it. Jelly bean has downloaded onto the phone but every time I try and install it it fails at 26%. I even did a factory reset re downloaded it and tried again but again it failed at 26%. I am in the UK I would be very grateful if someone could help.

It could just be an issue in software in the phone..

You might want to call the provider you bought it from and see about getting another one, you could always tell them what you just told us here.

Can you flash via ODIN?

as mentioned by Ches111 try flashing via odin or try using kies on ure pc and see.

Many thanks , have tried updating on Kies but no go.

Not sure what flashing on ODIN means?

Will try taking it into Carphone Warehouse where I bought it.

flashing via odin would mean u need to download the firmware from a website like sammobile and flash it to your phone via odin, if u just google flashing via odin you should get many results.
