Help Need Movie Torrent Help!!

Could anyone give some suggestions as to how to download movie torrents and also what types are supported. I have downloaded Utorrent from the play store and did a test of a Blue Ray movie but bit said media type not supported. Any step by step would be appreciated as I am new to all of this.
