Apps need programer

first let me say i am not a programmer. I am looking for help in creating a database app. it will display items and comments about the item then the user chooses based on that info. rating and such. So if you can and are willing to help me create this then please msg me. if their is another place i can look for someone, tell me. all i am offering is the opportunity to get part of the business. Thats it.
