Help Need reboot every two days

Have a HTC Desire 320 on EE, who deny any issue with their contract. Every couple of days phone prevents any incoming or outgoing calls until I reboot. Spoken to many people who all deny this can happen! My previous Android phone (Esperia) also very occaionally had same issue. Have had new SIM card supplied by carrier (EE).
