unfortunately, not every device can be rooted. in order for that to happen you need a community of developers who will dedicate their time to work on your device. you picked an off brand device that has no community behind it. developers are the ones who find root exploits for specific devices. they are the ones that come up with custom recoveries. they are the ones who come up with custom roms. just remember that no dev=no fun. having a custom recovery is the most important aspect to rooting.

.....so for me if i have a phone and i want to root i always head on over https://forum.xda-developers.com/ and do a search for your phone. if there is a forum specifically for your phone, then that is a good sign. no forum=no dev community. second i always look for a custom recovery. TWRP recovery is the standard for root users. no TWRP is a no go for me to root the phone.

having a custom recovery is the most important tool you will need if you plan on rooting your device. most people just want to root to delete bloatware and make more room on your phone. this is all fine and dandy, but you need to be careful. if you delete the wrong thing, it could really screw your phone up. but if you have a custom recovery you can make a nandroid backup. this is a complete backup of your phone. so if you delete the wrong thing, you can just restore a previous nandroid backup and you will have a working phone again. this is just one of many uses that a custom recovery offers.

so when it is time to upgrade your current phone, pick one that can be rooted. do your research first over at xda......then you can come back here and we can help you root it.

Your phone may be rootable, however there is little info on it. One thing I want you to verify, is if there is an option saying "Allow OEM unlock" or "autoriser déverrouillage de l'OEM" something like this in the developer options. There is an universal option to unlock the bootloader, using fastboot and magisk patched boot image. You may need to find it on your own. It is possible, just a bit harder. And if you don't understand some "android root" terms, such as fastboot or bootloader unlock and more, then root is not for you.
