Help Need serious help with a virus

Hello i am new here and need help with a virus call com.system patch on my kindle fire hd. I accidentally installed the stupid thing and now it just sends unwanted spam. I tried to uninstall it or force stop it but it wont let me. It even wont let me decativate it from device admistrators. I got the eset antivirus app and said that it could change my lock screen password or worse delete all my data from my tablet which kind of scared me. I triedto delete the file with an app but it didnt work. Please i need help so i won't lose everything on my kindle

Well I would do a factory reset to get rid of it,But just backup all your personal things.
To reset your Fire Tablet: Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap Settings. Tap Device Options, and then tap Reset to FactoryDefaults. Tap Reset to confirm.

If an antivirus app will not yet work for your tablet, you maybe have to try factory-reset. If then, you may restore your data from a backup.

I need a good backup on amazon appstore and I'll have to be sure that it backs up my apps and games especially with the progress and purchased apps intact. i would like to know please.
