im selling my phone today but my bill is due on September 15 and im in a family plan what do I do? and when I buy my new metro phone how can I transfer my number to it thx!

You would have to call metropcs and get the phone you have now disconnected so that you are able to sell it. Then when you get your new phone dial *228 and it'll activate that phone on your account. You will need your phone number and pass code, which is usually the person who opened the account, birth date.

It's a really good phone.
If your already in it than when you call to deactivate your phone ask if they can put your line on hold while you buy your new phone. If not then you might have to open a new account.

Call *611 from that phone. Get transfered to a customer rep. Tell them your selling your phone so you want this phone deactivated.

The Customer service is great and easy to use , if they ever have incorrect information , Remind them to check the website . To transfer numbers , you can also go to a store and they can do everything that a call with a Customer Service Representative can do , so the store way is easier but it may take longer to process your task
