Apps Need some guidance please...

I need to develop this:

I need two apps - one master and other slave .
Slaves chose mater to connect.
The master control all slaves connected and can make three things :
- lock slave screen
- stream master screen to slave screen
- open app on slave device

How can I achieve this ? What aproach should I use ?

It is tough to understand what you are asking.

Clarification is needed on what you mean by app, screen, stream, and device.

Are you just taking snapshots of the screen and displaying them in a different app on the same device? If multiple devices, how are they connected and how do they communicate?

If you want devices to connect over a network you should look into network programming, which usually involves using TCP sockets. There's plenty of information available on this such as

Then you need to devise some protocol to allow the devices to communicate with each other.
It's a good project, but there's quite a lot of work involved.
