Need some help finding a desk.

I'm looking for a desk, something nice but not godly expensive. I've checked all the usual outlets (Amazon Lowe's eBay) etc but everything I like in the L-Shape is upwards of $350 :eek:

I don't mind if it's used or not, so if anyone knows any used office furniture outlets that will ship reasonably I'm all ears.
 
Try looking at the assemble it yourself Sauder line. I have a large desk with file cabinets that I paid less than that for.
 
Have you checked Ikea or best buy? We have a few furniture stores here that lease desks to companies and then after the lease is expired, they sell to the public. $350 doesn't sound that expensive for a nice "L" shaped desk. Does it have to be L-shaped?

Hmm, there's this one:
MICKE Corner workstation - black-brown/white - IKEA
You can also add another side table to it to expand. That was the closest I could find to an L shaped desk at Ikea.
Other than that, we had a great unfinished furniture store near us in MA that we got some awesome tables and book cases from. And it was actually real wood, not Ikea crap. Just need to stain/paint. See if there's any in your area. Usually pretty solid prices.
 
I'm looking for a desk myself and I've been scanning CL. Used desk will save some $$$. It's not exactly one of those things you must buy new.
