Root Need some help

I rooted my phone a few months back and have been using the stock rom since. However, last night I felt like changing things up with a new rom. So I downloaded clockwork recovery, went through all the processes as discussed, and installed RazrX. When I loaded it up, it booted into the Moto screen then to a 3-D colorful honeycomb screen then to the opening set-up screen (Welcome to DROID RAZR...Touch the android screen to begin).

However, when I touch the screen and it tells me to "Please wait, this may take a few minutes". I gave it over an hour last night, when nothing happened I held the power/vol buttons to reboot. Upon reboot it brings me to the exact same spot. This time I let it sit overnight, only to wake up to the same screen.

I am unable to load the Clockwork screen, all power-on screens go straight from the Moto screen to a honeycomb screen to the Welcome screen.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Did you wipe data caches? Try hitting home on that screen. If not then get into stock recovery and wipe data and cache. If it doesnt work let me know.

Thanks biggie. I ended up having to use rsd and flashboot. Wiped my phone but it works now. Spent most of the morning re-doing my phone how I like it.
