I have a Verizon droid x2 and was wondering if it can be flashed to boost mobile and if it can what do I need to do

If by 'boost mobile' you mean improve reception, then - despite any claims you may read - that's pretty unlikely: it's a function of the antenna, a highly technical area of phone engineering specific to each phone model. Even if the developer of a generic ROM was able to effect this, it's pretty unlikely they're going to do a better job than the Motorola engineers.

If you mean flashed over to the boost mobile carrier, it's possible but a rather hard process.

Not to mention it's hit or miss if you'll have calls/sms/data working. Mms is almost a guarantee not to work, as well you'd be lucky if you get 3g speeds
