Root Need some serious Help Newbie

Having a problem with my phone and was hoping someone here could help. I am having the following issues:

Phone won't download for google play "Unfortunately the android process media has stopped"
Photos taken do not add to gallery they just disappear
Quick Memo doesn't save "Unfortunately QuickMemo has stopped"
File Manager is not working. "cannot read files. File manager will be closed Please check Media Storage enable settings and try again."
I cannot connect via usb to computer. It connects and then quickly disconnects.

This all happened after I partitioned my sd card. The phone was rooted. I hard reset the phone and the issues still persist.

Any help would be appreciated.

Right area.

Try repartitioning the SD card and formatting the partition(s) to FAT32. If you're partitioning in a computer, put the card back into the phone, start the phone and give it a few minutes to create the folders it needs.

Um... doesn't this phone run on an emulated sd system?

That said, it looks like you were trying a2sd and messed it up. I would try redoing the process or reformatting the whole sd to a single partition like it was
