Dig in the settings for Phone Manager or whatever they call their optimization app. I remember one of the only redeeming qualities was that it had a basic firewall where you could all or deny, on an app by app basis, whether they could access data via WiFi or cellular. I remember specifically because I was using my Le Eco Le Max X2 (don't worry, same software, I tested them both) for navigation on tether from my cell phone. I didn't want any of the other apps syncing so I turned them all of for both WiFi and cellular and only allowed the navigation app to use data via wifi (tether) and it worked perfectly.

Unfortunately I no longer have possession of the phone to locate where you can set that up and LeEco, like Huawei, has a convoluted and non inutuitive way of organizing settings as well as burying some stuff inside of the phone manager app. :(

Sorry for not replying earlier.. Now... App is convenient (NoRoot Firewall it is) but... How am I supposed to know what do these services mean? I am sorry but I really want to know more about these two for example..

The first one is Google Account Manager, and the second is Android system. Allow both of them.

As others are presented you need to READ the name of the service you want to allow or deny web access.

After denying a service and that service quits working, you can always go back and allow web access for that service.

It's a lot of fun shutting down the web access hogs.

Play around with it, and if things get really screwed up, you can always uninstall NoRoot. Your phone will then behave the way it did before the NoRoot install.
