Apps Need some urgent help

Hi, Please get me out of this,, I have an application in which i want to provide an image to user where he can mark something on it, basically something like what we do in paint. Can anyone help me out in doing this.Am just new to android. Thanks in advance.

What part of the application is troubling you? Your post is too vague to provide any help, unfortunately.

Do you want the user to be able to draw on the picture?
