Help Need sync/backup help

Hi All-

I want to back up my contacts, calenar, memo, sms etc on my PC. What is the easiest way to do that? Is there is a single backup application that does that? I'm not super tech savvy so any extra help will be apprecaited

if you're rooted use titanium backup, if you arent use mybackup from the market. after the app backs everything up make sure to copy the backup files to your pc unless you back it up your sd card and aren't formatting that aswell.

can TB backup memo? I don't see the options in it, or is it included in the options (accounts, application widget?) I don't know?
