Need tagging or star and sort gallery app

I'm looking for a gallery app the will allow you to tag or star an image as you scroll through them and then allow you to show only that tag or star image. Any ideas? Thanks you.

I'm not certain if I recall correctly but I think "Fish Bowl" does this.

Fish bowl does allow you to move to a folder but I did not see a tag sort option thank you

Sounds like a great idea. Why don't you email some gallery app developers and suggest it.
