Root Need tester To Help me

Sorry to tell you this, but BobZ said you can't use his ROM as base, and I suggest you keep his preferences and use PG's base (With his permission of course) and remove that download link.
Sure it doesn't boot, but BobZ doesn't want you using it as base, so sorry. But I suggest you remove the download link and use PG's base.

PG's Rom has more bugs fixed and has been updated recently so I would have recommended using PG's build as a base regardless. I honestly would like a Touchwiz Rom so I hope you're able to get permission from PG at least to continue working. Good Luck :)

Well as long as you dont post it. You can use the rom as base as long as you dont post it For everyones use. I have like 3 roms ported using his base..but for personal use and testing.

I managed to port touchwiz to this phone! A few bugs here and I'm almost done. With fixes.

convert to baseless and you can post without permission
 
You just take all the files that you added to the base to port the ROM and put them in a flashable and use the meta inf folder from one of my baseless

it's easy. you can use the meta inf from paranoid but it will say paranoid by johnnyl1111 while flashing unless you edit the updater script with notepad ++

you go into metainf folder met-inf/com/google/android and edit updater-script with notepad++

Sorry to ruin this but the one you ported looks like cm10's ui which has been themed. The one that dark dragon talked about was the full touchwiz including all the options even the notification tray is same as touchwiz. :)
