Please help. Is there anyway to delete messages from my android without having access to thye phone?
You might be able to remotely wipe and reset your phone, like for if it was stolen.

If you lose an Android phone or tablet, or Wear OS watch, you can find, lock, or erase it. If you've added a Google Account to your device, Find My Device is automatically turned on. Learn how to make sure that your device can be found if it gets lost.
To find, lock, or erase an Android phone, that phone must:
- Be turned on
- Be signed in to a Google Account
- Be connected to mobile data or Wi-Fi
- Be visible on Google Play
- Have Location turned on
- Have Find My Device turned on
Thanks so much. I have followed all the steps but am stuck. Google lists secure and erase as separate icons but they are listed as secure and erase as one icon on my screen. I've clicked it and it says a notification has been sent to phone but no further instructions follow. How can I get it to erase please?Only if a few things are in your favor:
First, you must be willing to wipe the entire device- all your data, user apps- everything.
Second, the location services on the device must be on.
Third, you must have access to another device.
Fourth, you must have Google Find My Device active on the phone you want to wipe.
Fifth, you use Google Find My Device to wipe the phone.
Of course, if you have the device locked and a PIN or other such security feature {passcode, fingerprint, etc.} then no one else should be able to get onto the device to see your messages anyway.
I really hope you're right and thanks so much for your advice. The phone must be on.
If all has gone right, the 'kill' command has been sent, and the moment the device is turned on and makes a network connection with internet it should be factory reset.
