what is better, redmi 3s prime, j3 2016, g4 beat or k10(2 gb mt6753)? which phone is faster?
thanks

When it comes to phones, the one that costs more is usually the better.

But what's your main activity on the phone?

Out of that lot, the only one I know is the Xiaomi Redmi 3s. Post some URLs for them, so we can see manufacturers, specs, etc.

Where are you in the world, what country and what carrier? Because that could be very important as to what's available and suitable.

You want to know which phone is faster, so:

Samsung Galaxy J3 (2016)
CPU: Octa-core (4x1.6 GHz Cortex-A53 & 4x1.0 GHz Cortex-A53)
Octa-core 1.6 GHz Cortex-A53
GPU: Adreno 405
Mali-T830MP2
RAM: 2 GB

LG G4 Beat
CPU: Octa-core (4x1.5 GHz Cortex-A53 & 4x1.0 GHz Cortex-A53)
GPU: Adreno 405
RAM: 1.5 GB RAM

LG K10:
CPU: Quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A53 - (K420N)
Octa-core 1.14 GHz Cortex-A53 - (K430DS, K430DSF, K430DSY)
GPU: Adreno 306 - (K420N)
Mali-T720MP3 - (K430DS, K430DSF, K430DSY)
RAM: 1 GB RAM - (K430DSF)
1.5 GB RAM - (K420N, K430DS)
2 GB RAM - (K430DSY)

Xiaomi Redmi 3s
CPU: Octa-core 1.4 GHz Cortex-A53
GPU: Adreno 505
RAM: 2 GB RAM

With that in mind, I have to say: Samsung Galaxy J3 (2016) >> Xiaomi Redmi 3s >> LG G4 Beat >> LG K10 (K430DSY)

In my opinion, Samsung Galaxy J3 (2016) is better, but it is also more expensive ... Maybe Xiaomi Redmi 3s have the best performance / price ratio, but I always go for the most recognized brand

The term 'faster' is a bit vague, there are a lot of differences in how phones are configured with hardware specs being just one of several factors. The CPU speed ratings are just numbers, so I'd also take into consideration the amount of RAM which has a big affect on how 'fast' any phone operates as far as day-to-day tasks. (With the amount of storage memory being another important aspect even though it's not directly related to 'fast') I wouldn't look at anything that doesn't have at least 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage, and then comparing off of that. Also, just comparing numbers doesn't take into consideration if the carrier or the manufacturer add in their own mix of interface tweaks and difficult to remove apps. Side by side comparisons of two different phones with equal specs but from different manufacturers can often result in a noticeable difference. (Of course if you're doing all your research online that's a lot harder to compare.)
That said, just going by specs I'd lean towards either the LG K10 or the Xiaomi Redmi:
