Help Need to Disable Stellar Verizon Activation Search!

Hey All ... I have a Stellar that I am only wanting to use Wi-Fi Only on ... Will one day activate when 4G LTE becomes available but until then I would like to use as a Wi-Fi Only Tablet ... I am able to use Wi-Fi but am constantly being interrupted with 'WAIT UNTIL PHONE IS ACTIVATED!' and that sequence takes about 5 minutes to complete before stating unable to connect to Verizon! ... Any way possible to DISABLE Activation Sequence? ... Thanx and Any Help would be APPRECIATED!
