Root need to put back to stock

I have an htc one sv boost mobile need to send phone back for warranty. I am s-off with root found 1 post to get it back to stock but it uses twrp. I currently have cwm on phone for recovery tried to install twrp and it states no file found also tried goo manager and says no files for my phone any help would be great also if someone has the stock copy with out root as mine failed md5 check that would help also if not Im going to have to buy a new phone. also dont really know if I am posting in right area so if Im wrong Im sorry in advance
