Need to remove some program apps
Every time I power up my N7 I get a list of app notifications, under the 1 Mobile Market heading, that are ready to upgrade. They are: Google Hindi Input, Docs, Google Play Music, Google Play Newsstand, Google Play Books, Google Korean Input, Chrome, Google Pinyin, Google Play Games, Drive, etc.. I like Notifications because there are a number of apps that I use and want to update.
I am not a techie or power user and mainly use the N7 for keeping up with the news, emails and amazon books so I have no need for all those previously mentioned.
How do I remove those previously mentioned?

If you're not using the apps, you can probably disable some or all of them, which I think will also eliminate the prompts to update. However, disabling some stock apps can cause problems, so proceed carefully (if at all), and check a trusted source (these forums?) for a list of apps that can safely be disabled.
