Help Need to reset my Rezound . . .

Having some battery issues that seem to be coming from a "bad" phone. Talked to VZW today and they are sending me a replacement (refurbished) phone. But before it gets here I want to try and do a reset of the phone to see if that may solve my problem.

Question is do I have to uninstall all my apps on the Rezound and then reinstall them from Google Play when I have the reset done? Or can I just do the reset and then go to Google Play and they will be marked for reinstall?

No need to uninstall all apps

After a factory reset your phone will be like you took it out the box first time.
Also the contents of your storage is deleted if you choose this.

All your accounts and apps you'll have to install again.
