Need to root my phone but don`t know how.

I've been looking for an app to root my phone, but can not find one that work`s ( unless im going the wrong way about thing`s :o ) . I know i need a one click app but were do i find this app, and how do i no if it`s safe??? I haven't a clue what im looking for really, weather its on Google play or if i download to the computer first. Keep the SD card in my phone etc. :confused: If you can help it would be a grate help. :)
 
Scroll down on the forums home page untill you find your phone.lookfor a folder at the top of that area called 'all things root'

Read and follow the directions to root your phone, either with one click (link will be there if you can) or via your PC.

Either wY is pretty simple. But it would help themods to know what makeNd model you have, so they can put this in the correct phone section, so you can get additionalhelp.

Hi staceymelissa, :ciao:

Welcome aboard. What you'll need to do is, stop in at your device's area of support (ATR) forum..for assistance with what you are lookin to do. Here is a link to the home-page. just choose your device model from the list.

Also, If your ever going to root your device, remember to do your homework before attempting it. The more you know, the more successful you'll be in rooting your device and not bricking it. Bricking is a term used when a phone's software has been tampered with to the point where it is no longer functional and in turn assumes the functionality of a brick.
