Help Need to stop the updates

My phone doesn't want to stop system updating

If you're referring to OTA (over the air) system updates, there is really only one way to prevent the updates: root your phone and install a custom recovery like ClockworkMod or TWRP. Just know that rooting gives you dangerous privileges, like the ability to edit critical system files. Rooting will also generally void your warranty. Make sure you know what you're doing before you do it.

That does depend on the phone. Some US carriers modify the software so that you cannot decline updates. Otherwise you can just not accept/apply the update.if you don't want it.

Or do you mean that you try to apply the update but it still tells you the truth is one afterwards?
