Need to stream video content over home network using android tablet

Need help to choose right ip streaming encoder modulator. Our home project to able stream tablet content over our network and be able to pick the signal in any tablet using VLC decoder
From the search I found this model QuestTel and this model ZeeVee

Any advise

These are serious overkill for a home streaming network and are better suited to businesses that sell TVs, or other multi-screen businesses.

How many devices do you want to share and inter-connect with?

I can't help thinking that simply using SERVIIO on your devices would solve your problems.

I use this on my PCs at home and can stream all my stuff on any device... mobile phone, Android TV box, KODI, laptop, etc.
