Need to unroot Inc 2/Never flashed the rom

Can someone give me a link to a step-by-step guide on how to unroot my Inc 2? I never did flash the rom on it since I rooted it nor have a I made other changes.
Lost my job and have to get rid of phones.

that link takes me too a video downloader ad then when I click 'skip ad' it goes to a 'Internet v.s. Hollywood' site...

Do I have to flash the rom since I have rooted it? Am I better off to unroot it and forget about it?
All I know is that its dying on me. Its moving slower and slower and I can update any apps. I have to do something soon.
 
Don't bother unrooting. If you're selling it off, the new user will never know, and it will never harm them. You haven't changed the software, which is what is important.

Before you sell it, you will do a full factory wipe, which will boost the speed of your phone anyway. It will give the new user a brand new phone.
