My x10 mini pro was working fine this morning. Then when i placed it in my pocket and took it out again, the screen went blank. I did a search just now and saw that some users also faced the black screen problem whereby all else works like turning on the phone etc, but there's nothing on display on the screen. I tried every other solution, holding the on/off + centre button, updating the phone's software, nothing seems to help.
I could bring it to the service centre tomorrow though to get it fixed, but the problem is all my contacts are in my phone, and if i get it replaced or factory reset-ed wouldn't it be all gone? Is there anyway I can backup my contacts without having to use my phone, since I can't see anything on my phone right now?
