need urgent help......

i recently installed beats audio on my phone using beats audio installer but now my phone is not responding any earphone......... when i plug the earphones in then also sound comes out of the speakers only......and when i plug them out the songs are paused like it used to do when my phone worked properly......... PLZ HELP ME I NEED URGENT HELP..

I'm sorry you're having a problem with your headphone jack. If you could reveal which device you have, we can see if we can find some help from other people with your device.

That has the suspicion of being a configuration setting or defective headphones, as Beats Audio should not be channeling sound to the device's speakers.

Have a close, careful look at all settings related to sound, even the device's stock menu sound settings, as well as the Beats Audio settings of course.

Plus (don't laugh, I've seen it ), is there an on off switch on your ear phones? And ('nother laugh ), are you positive that you have the ear set plugged into the correct jack?
