Hey guys,I posted this request to xda forum and they said we will create custom kernel for u but u have to find your kernel sourse so anyone here who can help me

I think that's been answered -

You can't build (create) a kernel unless source code is available. As the Mnote uses a MediaTek SOC, the chances of that are zero.

You'll have to write directly to the phone manufacturer and ask for full kernel source code plus the build environment.

That's the only way.
