Help Needing help with a Galaxy S3 SCH-R530u

Ok so I own this Galaxy S3 and its thru US Cellular. Now its already been upgraded to 4.4.2 and I already know that once you get passed 4.3 your basically stuck with knox. Im ok with that except for the factor I'm switching carriers. I'm switching over to T-Mobile, and my phone is still locked, I also know that you can't unlock the phone unless its in 4.1.1. My question is does anybody of a custom Rom or anything that will allow me to unlock my phone because I've already tried one click apps and unlocking the dialer but nothing seems to work and I've been at it for a few days now so if anyone can help I would be ever so great full Thank you.

As of this past February, carriers in the U.S. have agreed to the FCC's request that they will unlock your phone (as long as you're paid up on your contract). If you take your phone to the closest U.S. Cellular shop they should do it for you.
