Hi everyone
I am a newbie to the smartphone world and I could use some help. I have been trying o download some podcasts and I keep getting this message.

You can download while charging your device.
Change settings and try downloading again.

I have checked settings, plugged jn charger, taken the phone into my provider no-one seems to have any idea what to do. Anyone else had this happen. Thanks for Snyder input you msn have

First off where are you trying to download the podcasts from? Play store?


Secondly try hard rebooting your device by removing the battery and restarting it.
