Net10 mms download help?

I cant download multimedia messages!
I see them right there but it says download of blahblahq failed.

some international phones only have 900/2100 bands. You need 1700 band here for tmobile and 1900 band for at&t. Otherwise, if phone has one of those bands, issue may be changing the apn settings.

I fixed the 3G problem it works now I'm using the at&t sim now instead of the T-Mobile one. Sadly I'm capped at 1.5 GB /:
Anyways I still cant download mms messages still /:

I've contacted their support a lot and so far still haven't figured out what's the problem...
