Help netflix audio no video

the audio plays but it stays like this i have fully reset my phone uninstalled it cleared cache i dont know what the problem is

What android version?

Is your phone rooted?

It isn't rooted whenever I root my phone the phone goes haywire and goes on a reset loop for like 10 minutes straight I have a LG G3 and t mobile
