Help Network and Wifi issue problem.

Hello,

I am also facing the similar problem, i purchased Motorola Atrix 2 last wednesday, since then i am facing problem when i switched to 3g, i am from India Mumbai and having Vodafone network, earlier my network was stable but since i purchased this mobile there has been a problem of network coverage, there is always a fluctuation of network or it shows no network icon with red cross mark.
its very frustrating and finding out the solution. can anybody please help me to resolve this issue.

Hello!

Most probably your vodafone sim card is a 32k one. Go to their customer care outlet and ask them for a 64k sim. The problem should not persist after changing the sim.

Hi Tushar,
is your problem get solved? i am also facing same problem.
initially with Vodafone, so i have change operator to Loop Mobile.
now for Loop also i am getting same network issue.

I have been using atrix 2 for 3 months now.
On the native version 55.27
i too had upgraded my phone to the 55.28.36 version.
I went to the service station in andheri and got it degraded since then its working fab.

This version was supposed to correct network security issues as per the moto customer care and works best with a 64k sim.

I then go to the vodafone gallery ..they do not provide a 64k sim.


Now since i am on the native version i will not the the ICS upgrade OTA.

so i go to the service center again to find out if there are issues with ICS too.
the service center guys confirmed issues to a lot of ppl. They also asked to wait till october

I called up the customer care toll free spoke to the techical guy.
After explaning him every thing..he said a 64k sim will solve the problem.
He did not confirm any ics updated version in October rectifing this issue.

port to airtel..they provide 64k as default
My frnd uses airtel on a 64k sim..no issues at all..even with 55.28.36 and now with ICS.
ICS is asum cant wait..airtel..cheaper 3g as well.
