Help network data not working in application while it works great in opera, while wifi working everywhe!!

When i connect with network data, the opera browser works good, data transfer, send received. But it stops when i open market or any else application. I dont know why they are stuck with application only. In wifi nothing wrong, everything works good. Some file is missing or what?
