Network Issues after ICS

So before ICS I was having trouble connecting to 4G but ICS fixed that...great...but now the issue is I never have a good network connection. My texts don't go through. I can't make phone calls, I miss phone calls. Hard to call this a phone if I can't make phone calls anymore. Oh yea...I'm in NYC

NYC is the problem. ;-) J/K. I'm guessing you've tried a factory reset already. Have you gone into the Play Store and downloaded Motorola's app Restore Connectivity? If not, then give that a shot. If it doesn't seem to help, I would goto Verizon and get a new SIM card. Good luck.
