Help network issues (vzw)

Hey guys. Trying to find our if anyone is having this same problem that I am.

Phones about a week old. And ever since u got it I've noticed that it won't hold the Internet connection.

I have full service. 4Glte showing. But the arrows underneath keep flashing on and off.

Now when this happens I can't connect or the Internet runs extremely slowly. For example I can't even run pandora as the songs just won't load. Our youtube videos constantly have to stop and buffer.

I keep reading people are having issues with this phone and WiFi but I'm not currently using WiFi and the WiFi is turned off on the phone.

Any thoughts?

I have never had an issue like that unless I was in a poor service area, which I frequent down in deep wooded ravines miles away from the nearest cell tower.

Even then, I can get a little bit of internet, but it is not broadband like you would need for streaming video or music content.

I don't think you have a phone problem, more like a service area problem.

When this happens, are you inside a building, out in rural areas, or deep within a heavy metro area with tall buildings (which block signals).

Honestly it kind of varies. Usually it happens at home where I use it the most. For example today leaving home for work all the way in I couldn't get enough signal to open pandora and this was on open road.

My old phone worked fine art all locations so only thing I cam think of is the old phone just had better reception -.- or Somethings up with the handset itself.
