Network issues

Hello!

Yesterday I bought LG G2 phone and thats the very first android phone for me so don't judge me so hard...

I'm having a network connecting issues with my data plan. Chrome, youtube, mail etc. are working just fine, but Spotify and Whatsapp are having network connecting issues when using mobile data. Both are working under wi-fi.

Does anyone has a solution for this?

Strange one! My only suggestion is to check with your phone's network operator: could be issues around their management software.
