Fujitsu Arrows F-02E, Japanese phone by Docomo. Very attractive in feutures and specification. I bought this phone for its very high spects and the fact that it was unlocked.
Little did i know i was being duped. After three months of struggling to use it it finally gave up on the network. Its now network locked and i cant do anything about it.
Who, out there has an idea how this phone can be made to work?
 
Is it a fact that it's supposed to be SIM-unlocked? Is it, in fact, SIM-locked? Are there fraud laws where you live?
