No and yes ... and probably no.
Here's what's going on ... you've got a certificate installed that Google can't verify, or doesn't like the certifying authority.

I'd just do a quick review of the installed certs and see if everything looks legit. If so, then you'll just have to live with the warning.
Here's the problem I have with that, though. Even if everything right now is valid and you accept the apps certificate, you will continue to see that message. In a couple of months you install an app with malicious connections, you don't get notified again, you just continue to see the same old notification. If everyone did a periodic review of their installed certificates, it probably wouldn't be a risk, but most poeple don't even realize they have them, let alone know where to find them or what to look for.
