i have the same problem with my provider i get some kind of sms notifications called "network message" asking me to put more credit into my phone (prepaid) , that happens every single time i receive a call after hanging up, or everytime I end a call (if i have enough credit to be able to actually make the call)
this also happens after every single text message i receive, it is really annoying, and regular sms filter apps wont block it, since it doesnt come from a phone number but from a provider broadcast to your phone directly, my provider will NOT disable this, so im looking for a way to block/filter it using some app maybe? or even some registry hack on the phone ?
this message does not show in the sms list of received messages, it only popsup with an ok button and thats it, the problem is it makes noise and makes the phone vibrate, really annoying if you already put your phone in your pocket , sometimes you think its actually something important.
