Network not working? :/

I have a samsung galaxy s3 mini, and my network doesn't work unless I use wireless. Yes, I have tried enabling mobile data but it still doesn't work, and I know I have internet credit on my phone because I have checked.
Any ideas? xD

I think that you mean:

You have Internet access when using wifi

You don't have Internet access via a mobile data connection but you have not exceeded your data limit.

You should check that your apn settings are correct. These can be obtained from your carrier and are input into your phone in

Menu
Settings
More settings
Mobile networks
Access. Point names
