Help Network time is incorrect

My wife has an SGS4, and the time indicated is thirty minutes fast. Oddly enough, this is occurring while relying on Big Red to set the time. I'm on the same plan with a different handset, and I'm having no such problem. Anyone have a suggestion?

Is the phone set to use timezone information from the cell site?

Yes. Oddly enough, with both the time and the time zone controlled by the network, I was able to manually correct the time anyway, and it seems to have remained correct. (shrug) All's well, I guess.
