Welcome to Android Forum. Follow these tips: Remove and reinsert the battery. If that don't fix it try one of these two things. 1) Check to see if airplane mode is turn on. If not, turn it on and off. 2) Make sure the mobile network box is checked(This can be found in wireless & networks).
