just got new A500, but pretty hopeless because evertime I power it off and then restart, I loose all the settings that I changed. This includes the clock, wifi and any new apps that I installed (glad I haven't paid for any yet) - everything just reverts to default and no sign of dowloaded apps anywhere! Someone please tell me I'm doing something wrong. Have read through everything, googled for answers, did both factory resets (button and settings), so far nothing. Anyone know what might be the problem? would be greatly appreciated.
