Welcome to the forums Tarlor!

When you say you want to learn Android from ZERO level, do you mean you want to get in to development? If so, you might want to check out Android Development - Android Forums!

So can you tell me how to learn android? Do you have any web? Or book?
Or based on some boards to learn?

You might want to follow the link that was provided. There are different levels of development sections for you to start wherever you feel comfortable.
