Apps New Android game development

Hi , I'm new here, so I'm not sure if this the right question to ask.
I have an idea to make a 2D side scroll android game.
I'm not much into game coding and development, and have no experience with this.
From the internet, I've found out things like 'Unity', 'libgdx', 'construct 2d' etc.
Can anyone guide me on this?
I'm looking for a game which can run smooth with decent graphics.

Hi! I think Unity is the way to go... though I do not use Unity myself yet (thought about it..but haven't find time yet).
Here is a part 1 of the full tutorial on 'flappy bird' clone, that you can find on Youtube ... it might be useful.
